starter repair -Rotax 655, Pegaso starter has failed twice in two years

I need the following parts in good condition in order to repair the starter motor on my 1996 Pegaso:-

1. sprag clutch bearing RUOTA LIBERA 51.710 X 68.377 X 13 (958 857)

2. free wheel gear assy INGRANAGGIO LIBERO CPL 61 D (634 317)

3. flywheel hub FLANGIA VOLANTO (264 577)

alternatively, I need to know if feasible and successful to repair damaged bearing surfaces by metal spraying or other method.
